This painting was done during the Prophetic Arts Conference at Christ Church Kirkland in 2010. This image explores the moment of surprise and impact upon the faces of those in the inner circle with Jesus as the dead are raised. There may be no other part of Jesus’ ministry in which we have a share that has yet fully materialized in the church today, and yet Jesus said we would do these same things. A time is coming…
